Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIMES

Most orders are shipped within 7-10 business days of the order being placed and payment being received.

ORDER ERRORS

Our goal is to be error-free, but we are human and sometimes mistakes happen. If you believe an error on your order has occurred please contact us immediately at joshuasworkshop1@gmail.com. Upon determining we flubbed (made a mistake), we will send out the replacement product immediately at no cost to you.

CORRECT SHIPPING INFO

Orders will be shipped to the address you have on file. Please check it prior to submitting an order! It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct address. If the buyer provides the incorrect info, they will not be eligible for a refund. Anything returned to us due to an incorrect address will result in additional shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. **We are happy to ship your item as a gift, but you must enter the correct address and recipient upon checkout.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations may be accepted in exchange for a full refund if a request is made before your order is shipped.

DEFECTS

We guarantee only the highest quality prints are distributed to our customers. Regardless, due to the nature of 3D printing and FDM technology, the surface of your model(s) may be less than perfect. We do not classify minor superficial flaws as defects. Only notably disfigured models, as well as products that do not function as intended (e.g. loose fitting parts) will be considered defective when determining whether a refund is warranted.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Should the item(s) you receive arrive damaged or defective, we may offer an exchange for the same—or equally priced—item(s). Alternatively, we may issue a full refund, no return necessary. In order to qualify for an exchange or refund, we will require photographic proof or video evidence of the reported damages and/or defects.

In the case of a return, your item(s) will be inspected, and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process a refund in the amount equal to the original purchase price of the item(s) returned. This credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Under certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted. Refunds of this nature will be offered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS 

We like to provide our buyers with high quality photos of our products at many angles, and many size references so that we can eliminate any misconceptions as to what our buyers will receive.
